2009 Luxury by Design 44 ft bumper pull park model trailer, super slide in living/kitchen/dining area and 8 ft slide in bedroom. Built in entertainment center all across front wall, island kitchen, huge pantry, s/s sink and black appliances including apt size refrigerator with ice maker. Bathroom has large vanity, porcelain house-type toilet and large triangle tub/shower. Queen bed with built in night stands on both sides, built in 6 drawer chest, closets all across back wall and washer and dryer. I ordered the trailer unfurished, so it has a Pier 1 dining set and a double reclining loveseat bought from nice furniture store. 2 a/cs and 2 ceiling fans (living bedrooms) and central heat and lg hot water heater. radius tinted widows and night shades. 20 ft awning, tri-axle and two large propane tanks. We bought the trailer new in June 09 and it is in immaculate condition with not a single flaw inside or outside. It has not been smoked in. When I tell you it is clean...it is CLEAN!!! Can pull with 3/4 T or 1 T truck. It is literally an apartment on wheels...made for living! Not your camping type trailer! We have it set up in a park in South Bossier City.
